Choose childcare segments for your child/ren. Available Childcare Segments and prices (Dates & Hours): If a child will be in care during any hours of a segment, then a full segment must be purchased. Children are not required to attend all hours of a purchased segment. HOURLY RATE: Any session, any day (2 HOUR MINIMUM PAY REQUIRED) =$15hr. Sunday July 17, 2022 Segment 4 7:30am - 10:00pm = $188.50 Segment 5 = 7:30am - 2:45pm = $101.50 Segment 6 = 2:45pm - 10:00pm = $101.50 Please pick up your child no later than 10:00 PM. Children must be registered in advance. On-site registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Monday July 18, 2022 Segment 7 = 6:00am - 11:00pm = $221.00 Segment 8 = 6:00am - 2:30pm = $119.00 Segment 9 = 2:30pm - 11:00pm = $119.00 Please pick up your child no later than 11:00 PM. Children must be registered in advance. On-site registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Tuesday July 19, 2022 Segment 10 = 6:00am - 6:00pm = $156.00 Segment 11 = 6:00am - 12:00pm = $84.00 Segment 12 = 12:00pm - 6:00pm = $84.00 Please pick up your child no later than 6:00 PM. Children must be registered in advance. On-site registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If parents arrive after childcare closing time, the following Late Pick-Up Policy will apply: For each minute that a child is in our care AFTER the posted closing time, the following additional fees will be required: 1 - 5 minutes = $0 6 - 10 minutes = $10 11 - 15 minutes = $20 16 - 20 minutes = $30 21 - 25 minutes = $40 26 - 30 minutes = $50 If your child remains in our care after 30 minutes AFTER the posted closing time, local authorities will be contacted. We will remain with your child until either you or the local authorities arrive. If this process is necessary, a $100 fee will be added to your charge. Food for your children while in our care: Snack will be served to the children daily at 10:00am and 3:00pm. Breakfast will be served to the children daily at 8:00am. Lunch will be served to the children daily at 12:00pm. Dinner will be served to the children daily at 5:30pm. MEAL IS REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR CHILDREN WHO WILL BE IN OUR CARE DURING MEAL TIMES. IF YOU PREFER, WE CAN PROVIDE ONE FOR A $15 CHARGE PER MEAL/PER CHILD. Once you register for childcare we will email you asking if you will be providing meals for your child/ren or you would like us to provide. If we will be providing we will then send you an invoice for those meals. Tots on the Spot will also provide water with each meal/snack Snack time is very important for all children, so please don’t forget!
